If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with TMPFNC, you may request a notice disclosing the categories of Personal Information TMPFNC has shared with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, during the preceding calendar year. To request a notice, please submit your request to the contact information provided in this Section. Please allow thirty (30) days for a response.


13. CHILDREN

Our website is not directed towards children under the age of sixteen (16), and it is not our intention to collect Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16).
